“MAKING THE GRADE” WITH THE JEWISH AGENGY FOR ISRAEL PROGRAM

Cong. Ahavat Achim—Howell:

For the past three years, the Jewish Agency for Israel, in collaboration with Office Depot, has distributed a "back-to-school" gift for the thousands of Israeli children.
The gift includes a 250 NIS (approximately $55) gift certificate to be used toward purchasing school supplies. Children choose their own school bag/backpack and school supplies. Cash donations only, please. In the 2006-2007 academic year, 16,000 children went back to school with a smile as a result of their Making theGrade gifts.Making the Grade ensures that Israel's less fortunate are able to start school equipped for success.
